In 2019, we pivoted to focus on products and it paid off really well.
Our clients have benefitted from working with us from initial idea development to the execution of those ideas to then working on marketing the products while production is underway.
It’s fast, it’s fluid, and driven by a process that gets results.
Then along comes 2020 and, like many others, we were thrust into opportunity. Several former clients who do not make, sell, or manage a product came back to us to see if we could guide them through the chaos of 2020 – and we gladly did.
The benefits were not just from a familiar, emotional perspective. No, in fact, because we were already familiar with these service brands, we could just dive back in and help develop them for the new needs and opportunities of a locked-down, pandemic traumatized economy.
All of this helped us see that we would once again need to pivot and change for a post-pandemic, post-lockdown world that begins to take shape in 2021.

Onward is hope because it means we are not stopping. We are not expecting a return to yesteryear’s normal. We go onward into the new normal.

As we move onward, we will do so by embracing our roots as brand development specialists and once again offering our expert guidance, creativity, and problem-solving to products and services brands alike.
We believe there is something good and special about working with a team that is not stuck in fear about present circumstances but is helping lead others through it with humility, creativity, and diligence. We believe we are such a team and “Onward” captures our spirit.
