A Brand Story: Klimick Acupuncture
Klimick Acupuncture is a “Chinese Medicine clinic specializing in Five Element acupuncture. Additionally, we are proud to offer pain relief treatments for acute or chronic pain.” When Klimick Acupuncture owner Gigi decided that her business needed a strong brand presence to stand out, she asked around and heard about Brand Shepherd. We sat down and figured out what were the priority needs for the Klimick Acupuncture brand, and from that list of priorities we created the following deliverables for Klimick Acupuncture:
Web Site
Brand Shepherd heard very clearly that the web site was perhaps the single most important branded deliverable for Klimick Acupuncture. The process of creating it was true collaboration in every sense. From initial rough concepts through rounds of detailed revisions, the site took shape over several weeks. After it launched it turned out to be a big part in a season of sustained growth for Klimick Acupuncture.
Email Marketing Design
Once the web site was complete, Klimick Acupuncture needed an email marketing template that could be used many times with fresh content for each campaign. Brand Shepherd, using Constant Contact, developed 2 templates that are used to communicate happenings at the clinic.
Branded Advertising
In addition to the email marketing campaign, Klimick Acupuncture also ran branded display advertising in publications that her target audience read. Always making sure that the Klimick brand was consistent in look and message with all points of contact was priority #1.
Results
“Brand Shepherd designed my clinic’s website, and the influx of new clients has been steadily increasing since we went live. On the first month of our new website, our business increased by almost 65%! They are dedicated, talented and genuinely interested in their client’s success! They are very talented professionals. They possess the rare combination of a creative mind that is also very practical and business-oriented. They are not only great at listening and honoring clients’ goals, but they are also helpful in the process of translating those goals into innovative and unique design ideas.” – Gigi Klimick, owner of Klimick Acupuncture„
